Meet the team of Sierra Waste Systems.

David Pierzga President and Managing Partner David Pierzga has been in the solid waste and recycling field for over seventeen years, first serving as Solid Waste & Recycling Coordinator in Pennsylvania, then as Recycling and Operation Manager with Clements Waste Services. Drawing on this experience, David successively acted as Division Manger for Waste Management in Phoenix, General Manager for Saguaro Environmental Services in Tucson and Republic Services - Florida - before becoming President of Sierra Waste Systems. Jon Fritz Operations Manager Jon has been in the solid waste and recycling field for over 21 years, first serving as a driver and then holding various supervisory roles over the course of the last 10 years with various private and national companies. Jon has been with Sierra Waste since its inception and has served as a driver, a Supervisor and now as the Operations Manger for the organization. Jon attended the University of Northern Arizona. David Sagredo David has been in the in the solid waste and recycling field for more than 15 years. David joined Sierra Waste in 2004 with a successful record in administrative management. David has been in charge of customer service, IT support, billing and collections and national accounts. His experience in the industry has taken him from Coast to Coast over the years allowing him to take that collected knowledge and put it to use at Sierra Waste Systems. Lori Fidler Construction Account Executive Lori Fidler has been in the solid waste and recycling field for over eight years in the Phoenix market. In 2001, Lori moved into sales and has established herself as one of the industries "Top Performers". Lori Fidler has been with Sierra Waste Systems since its inception and has played an integral role in the company's startup growth in the Phoenix market. Lori is responsible for identifying and selling Sierra Waste System's construction rolloff services to contractors in the Valley. Lori can be reached at lhfphx@cox.net. |
